Hi i won on 29/10 could someone tell me how long it takes for your conformation email to come through, getting a little worried now,or should i contact them.

Shall I use the email address on the terms to contact them as someone said earlier they are not accepting queries by telephone. Can someone comfirm that info@msncompetitions.co.uk is the correct email or is there another one which I am unaware of. Thanks everyone for your help and advice. My hubby is not speaking to me at the moment... LOL

Does anyone know how to play on a mobile?

When I send the MSN text, I get a link that just takes me to the normal MSN Mobile homepage. There is no indication about the Big Snap competition.

If you scroll down the page (the msn mobile homepage) there is a link saying big snap - click that and then there is a page of blurb about snap, and at the bottom there is a link that says enter - click that and then the next page shows your cards. You get one go per day.
