    just used the last of mine to send of for the HOF debut.. says you have to phone to make an apt with the p.shopper before sending it back :eek: was hoping to bypass them

    I think SFH managed to convince head office to send them direct to her (has anyone heard from her BTW?). I rang the local store, explained I didn't want an appointment and they were happy to let me pick up the vouchers to shop on my own - I think I just made up a date on the form before sending it back.

    Hi I phoned head office and they sent the vouchers straight to me, same for polo so no need to see a personal shopper lol

    oh thanks.. thats worth a try.. only have £200 to spend (only!! ;) ) hoping to get some crimbo pressies sorted with them

    Hi, I sent the voucher to virgin who send you a pack back, then I phoned hof head office who told me what to write on the form, i.e NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED, SEND TO HOME ADDRESS then sent the completed form to house of fraser and then only 2 days later received my vouchers :j
