Just had an evil thought, what about pm'ing as many people as possible who entered the competition you've been chosen to win, tell them whats happened and that you don't like it as much as they don't like entering unfair draws, include email addresses for them to complain to...............you should get it sorted that way if enough complain

Yep, my first. I thought I had won something before but turns out it wasn't from a competition at all :rotfl:

Gotta ask - do winners get vouchers before comp ends or are people gonna hae to wait. Crimbos gonna be hard this year so I might give it a miss if we have to wait til next year.

Drea please don't give up, you just need to reach the right person to get it sorted. I had a problem with my qvc/daily mail prize (one of the tubes was empty) and when I contacted both of them and the distribution company none of them could decide who was responsible for changing it. I decided to try contacting elemis themselves as they'd given qvc that part of the prize in the first place and I had a reply really quickly saying they'd checked what i was saying and that they would be happy to change it for me. You just need to find the right person to complain to, in your case, it might be the bosses, it might be the complaints thingy (I can never remember who they are, sorry), it might even be a rival publication. Just remember that they made the mistake (it might be they did this to someone else and they took your tickets in compensation for their lost win) and good luck
