I believe terms to read you cannot win again til the 7.30pm mark

so if you won at 7.25pm tonight, you could start clicking again come 7.30pm tonight (if you were that desperate lol)

Or say you won 7.35pm tonight you couldnt click again until after 7.30pm tomorrow night
