It hasn't died. If you click too quickly, that will appear. You don't need to download it. Just back arrow, and it disappears and you can carry on. It will happen sometimes. A cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0 -

You can still try and claim it, but its not definite. If you can remember the amount, then email or ring them with the time the prize went and the amount. They may be nice and honour it.
Just try and concentrate and not click over a Win...though not easy.
