at least the T&C's dont say they are! just that there are 24 in a day
they'll probably average out as being roughly one an hour, but there's nothing stopping them doing 24 in the space of one hour, should they wish

From the T&C's:
Prizes are randomly allocated throughout a 24 hour period, 7:30pm to 7:30pm (''day'').

hi the last snap was virtually one prize every hour with the odd exception here and there so I think must of us are working on the assumption it will be similar again this time

aye, I understand why people are running with that idea.
I just wouldn't like to think that every hour someone is going to win, thats all
and I dont think people should stop clicking because one's been one that hour..

I'm sure some sort of pattern will show it's face soon

I think it's fair to assume they will be virtually hourly because there would be no advantage for them if people are keeping track of how many have gone and they notice all the ones for that day have gone?

As surely people wouldn't be doing as many searches if they know they have no chance of winning?
