I'm completely new to all of this forum stuff, so I apologise if this is in the wrong place or been asked before....
Can anyone tell me if it is law or just good practice that payment is taken for goods at the time of dispatch instead of at the time of the placing of the order?

I dont know if its law but there are certain companies who will take peyment once the item is dispatched, i dont think it is law but then im not an expert on it.0
