Help with a CCJ

Hi everybody,
After reading this forum for the last week, I decided to get all my credit reports to see why I had been getting declined for credit.
There is a CCJ on my Experian file for £240 from last year. Now I know this is for a National insurance bill that I did not owe, and also remember the girl from the tax office telling me that I should not worry and they have stopped it from going to court! Clearly that is not the case.
Is it possible toget it removed, or am I stuck with it now.
thanks
