Today I received a letter: Congratulations! You have been awarded a sum of money to spend as you wish on Littlewoods goods. You are guarenteed at least £15 but it could be £50, or even £1,500! The plot thickens. Mrs Typo says "Spoke to littlewoods. Very unhelpful. Said that someone has opened the account. All they need is my name and first line of my address"

Gulp. Reckless customer service there. Well, what goes around....!
