Well yes I've had a couple of refunds on my Egg card, so might be able to answer.

Made a purchase 2 week ago paid deposit with EM Card, paid balance with my Argos CC, purchase fell through now refund has been put onto my Argos CC instead of both cards. is this ok, shop said yes no problem. well i'm not
100% sure as won't argos complain about the extra £100.

Bed 415 - 100 deposit on Egg card 2 week ago. Today 315 on argos card.
later on today refund on argos card 415.

That still leaves you with the Argos £100 o/s on the Egg card.

Don't know about the machinations of CC companies.

But from what you're saying Argos have had a total of £415. [2 cards] from you and are crediting the whole amount back to 1 card [theirs]. Wouldn't see a problem there.

They will get it back again once you purchase other item/s. Did they issue you with a credit receipt?

Argos are usually pretty quick on credits by the way.

aye my argos card is + 100 now, not worried about EM card it's just i wonder if argos will query the extra 100, i have £230 debt on card, so reckon they will take it of my balance anyways.
