Clio - ditch the power washer and use a bucket and a sponge, that will give you some exercise to keep the weight off, drink green tea and eat lettuce leaves, avoid hob nobs. Wonder how much weight you'd shift if you stopped eating junk - kebabs, chippy, McDs', KFC, Curry (full of fat is curry)?
