was chatting to someone recently & they reckoned that as house prices in London went up last month that everything was fine now :rolleyes: . I did point out that hundreds of people still losing jobs everyday & I dont reckon we've hit the bottom yet but of course when one has sooooo much equity in one's house then one is just concerned with that & oblivious to anything else :mad:
