Yay :j never got to see SLF live unfortunately as spent most of teens incarcerated at boarding school ... but The Cult at Exeter Uni circa 1985 was the best gig I ever went to. Loving my 'Pistols t shirt although it does raise an eyebrow or 2 at the school gate

Nowt wrong with a bit of Sputnik matey I've got a couple of albums (okay, the original and a "best bits" comp) of theirs....in fact, still got a cassette I made way back when of the 7", 12" and "dance mix" versions of Love Misile F-111 back-to-back on a C90 tape....plug it into the auto-reverse car sterio (as it was then) and you've got the ultimate driving mix for as long as you're driving

You know the worst thing about getting a new car is no longer having a tape player ... all those hours spent doing compilations - have hundreds

Lula - if you like some good punky stuff, could give you some bands/albums to check out...including Eastfield (www.eastfieldrailpunk.co.uk, also on myspace with some vids) who are my favritist band of all time and good mates, The Dead Pets' (sadly deceased as of a couple of years ago) two albums are banging....I could go on...and on....and on......
