    I have had a busy day and am currently in the process of writing a letter to the airline who kindly smashed up my suitcase by chucking it out of the aircraft so that it landed hard on the tarmac (I can only assume that this is what happened due to the damage).:mad:

    Uhm, they won't when they get the photographic evidence and the bill for a new suitcase - they ruined my holiday because I looked in every single shop in Alicante that sold suitcases trying to find one, that is a lot of shops to visit:rolleyes:
