Lula - the stink of rotten eggs is from the petrol that we have to use these days - it is just so sulphurous.:rolleyes:

I am gold, it has snowed here but not a lot and my bloomin' mate rang me early this morning and asked me to go and pick up some raffle tickets for her and to deliver them to her house - then announces to me that she had already advised the printer that I was going to collect them:mad: So I couldn't very well refuse - I hate it when people do that, they think that when you work from home you have nowt to do. (sorry for rant).

Thanks for the car advice you fab people - it didnt smell at all today thankfully, will drive carefully for a bit & no more trying to race away from the lights & see what happens .

A cold bump - collected said rafflet tickets for chum, drove around to hers (more snow there than here), gave them to her husband, drove to village with shopping bag (needed meat in the butcher), went to bank paid in birthday money, then noticed that I had left my purse at home:rolleyes: Came home and am now waiting in for the landlord's fixers to come and fix my balcony door which has dropped and now you can see daylight through the top of it:eek:

Uhm...should have but seen as she had already notified the printers that I was going before she even asked, I felt as though I was stuck between a rock and a hard place:rolleyes: I'll get my own back - she will have to forego the funny emails I send to her each day:rotfl:

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.
