Got this deal through a fax and it seems to be a hidden deal from normal visitors to their site.
Anyway it's for a TomTom ONE XL with maps of europe, a free tomtom case and a free TMC receiver for giving you free traffic updates. Deal costs £117.49, but I cant see delivery costs mentioned.
