If there is an account which states 'Special Instruction start date' - is this account being managed under a DMP?
If not, what could the 'Special Instruction be?
Thanks in advance

If you ever missed a payment and made an arrangement to pay?
I have a similar thing written against my mortgage account when my previous employer didn't pay me for my last month working there and so my mortgage wasn't paid. Told them I'd pay within a fortnight which I did and yet I still have this on my credit account.
Not sure what impact it will have when later applying for credit.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -
