Ok here goes

I have made about 6 late payments to my loan but as far as I am aware I have caught up with them this is over a two year period. I have had previous calls telling me I am late and have made the payments. On one occasion the money was sitting in the account for 3 months and for whatever reason they hadnt taken it I wasnt bothered as I got that sorted out. My last late payment was in August but again it was made a few days late and My September payment was on time. Since then I have been getting calls quoting all different amounts of outstanding payments and charges. I have written a letter of complaint asking for a full break down of any monies due sent 9th October. I also asked for the calls to stop. I had a call at 09.40 today and explained to them what I was waiting for and I am more than willing to pay my debt as it is my responsibility but I want the present situation on paper. I went round in circles for 20mins saying the same thing over and over until it became a point scoring exercise with this person. He wanted me to go to the branch NOW!!! AND GET IT FROM THEM... I was threatened with your going to get more charges if you dont pay us now and can you pay your October payment NOW? my payment isnt due until the 24th. He then shouted at me you just dont want to pay the charges do you. I put the phone down called their customer services who havent got my letter no surprise there. The guy on the phone was actually very nice and said it needs investigation and gave me a fax number to send my letter again. I phoned bt and my call barring starts tomorrow. I am at my wits end with what to do next and starting to get quite upset. I do want to pay my debt its my fault and I will work my way out of it. If anybody has any other ideas about what to do it would help.
