Well you could pay through the nose on Ebay or you could try emailing https://www.play.com or https://www.simplygames.com as they seem to indicate that they will have stock shortly, whereas Amazon are saying 2-4 months!!

you could try http://www.xbox360locator.co.uk/xbox360_availability/Xbox_360_Hard_Disk_Drive.aspx and they have a section for hard drives and it list companies that have them in stock.
