I'm still waiting too and the cheque has not been cashed. I just called the telephone number and they've told me that is may take up until the 12th December. Apparently the 28-days is referenced to the closing date of 10th November rather than when you sent the cheque. That's actually 32-days and it all sounds a bit suspect to me as they may as well have specified the 12th December instead of 28-days if that was the case. I reckon they have a large backlog but didn't want to admit it.0
