received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

I got a suit jacket for £7 down from £45... only problem I couldn't find the matching trousers, any ideas how I could trace them?? (nothing on e-bay so far)

I'm a happy bunny as I got some lovely baby and kids' t-shirts and joggers for £1, underwear sets for £4, men's jersey shorts for £3 and some gorgeous wedge shoes for £5. Spent £25 but got a huge bag of stuff. Thanks lollyred1.

Just back from my local branch, ladies nighties own to £3, bras down to between £1 and £3, and ladies clothes down to anywhere between £3 and £7. Plus I got a pair of lovely flats reduced to £5 from £25
Total spend £69, total original prices £287.50

I went to Gemini in Warrington on Wed and they were doing their final reductions then. I got a lot of good stuff but it was flying off the shelves so not sure if there will be anything left.0

Went to the High Wycombe store today and got some bargains after reading this thread (thanks!) Plenty of women's stuff but you had to be lucky with the sizes as there tended to be only one or two garments in each size.
Very little men's and kids' stuff.
Top tip - have a look on the rail at the entrance to the changing room to see what people have returned after trying on - I found lots there to look through! :j
Best bit was at the till, when the prices that I thought were pretty good anyway were further reduced!:T0 -
