i reported someone for this 3 weeks ago i recieved this reply from the moderator:-

May I apologise for this happening, this sort of post should not be getting through our system.
As this is the first time I have been made aware of this problem, I have sent copies of your email to the relevant Freecycle(R) Moderators, who should have a better idea as to how to act upon it!
