Iscan - has anybody received their gifts since it stopped in July?

I had quite a few points so about a month ago (actually four weeks tomorrow) I ordered a gift. Admittedly it did say that it could take up to 28 days for delivery but so far there's no sign of it.

Should I be getting worried that its not going to arrive now?

I know in the end it was 'free' but when you download every week and collect for absolutely ages its a bit naff if they don't send the gifts isn't it!!

i had my points transferred to my main shopping account and it was done pretty quickly.

The company they use for gifts dispatch for other companies i'm with - consumerpulse and shop and scan. When ever i order gifts from them they arrive within 3days or so. Having said that though, these sites only reward with vouchers.

You should contact ac nielsen. Ask for a dispatch date

I didn't have many points and ordered what I could with them. I did have to wait awhile for delivery but in the end they did turn up.

I orderd two items, one arrived same week & the other did not

In the end I phoned them, they checked with the supplier & bingo, it arrived next day, waiting for stock the supplier said [more likely lost or forgot it I thought]
