i have just recieved a calendar from total greek yoghurt , i signed up last year on the website and have had various mailings and vouchers during the year. i don't know if you can sign up on the website but might be worth a try the calendar has some nice recipes. http://www.totalgreekyoghurt.com/site/home_1.aspx

So if you had last years you will not have to apply again.

also if u sign up to rosenborg, they send out a calendar each year without needing to ask for it
