Paint your own breakfast set

Hi Guys,
I want to buy one of these paint your own breakfast sets for my sister's chrimbo present but I can't find them anywhere. Does anybody know where I can get them from. It does not have to be a breakfast set, It could just be plates or something like that.
If anybody has any ideas that would be great
