Hi All.Can anybody answer my question, well here goes:- Is it possible to reclaim charges that have been put on my stepsons Personal Loan? He has been charged for amongst other things, telephone calls, letters, letters and more letters!!!!! It just seems that these organisations just like sending out automated letters and then giving you the pleasure of ripping you off.

I would ask here:http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=102 but your title of thread you used was offputting-it should be Personal loans not personnel. Thats a different thing altogether. ;+)
