Hi all,
just tried to find out my balance of my Natwest account, OD (thanks to bank charges), for CCCS
They told me they were unable to tell me or supply a statement has it has been passed on to CMS Revories, and unable to give me any details as to when it got passed on or what the ammount owed was,
and to call CMS
A few questions, is that rightthat they can't telly me any thing?
The only time i can phone them is from work, how do you block your works number(dial 9 for outside line)?
and should i have b0ll0cked them for treating a shareholder like that:rotfl:
