First Direct Mortgage - Help

Need help urgently just had a call from first direct as some of u know I've applied for the 0.79% tracker basically I sent them my bank statements showing my wages going into my HSBC account each month.

I have another account with Lloydstsb where all my direct debits come out and my current mortgage direct debit with rbs comes out of there aswell.
Basically they are asking me to send them 3 moths statements for this account to see where the current mortgage is getting serviced from.
My problem is my wife also has another mortgage with alliance & leicester its only a small amount of £25k over 4 years basically we rent this property out but we have not told First Direct about this.

Now my question is when I send these statements to them the A&L direct debit with show up on the account are they likely to query this and if they do what shall I say? Also the A&L mortgage is a residential mortgage and not a but to let.

No idea how it will affect your application, but Im suprised they've not asked for these earlier. We have a similar setup with regards to bank accounts and they asked for our joint account (where the mortgage is paid from) soon after they received our sole account statements right at the start of the application, when they realised the mortgage wasnt paid from those accounts.

Nice bit of mortgage fraud - still you will blame the bank if it all goes wrong

I wish i knew who you were as I would quite happily advise A&L & FD that you were a LIAR.

I could easily change the A&L mortgage into a buy to let mortgage only thing is am stuck for time.

If you didn't disclose the other mortgage than it's a fraudulent application.
