Hi, I have checked both my files and on one of my accounts it shows a default and on the other as an arrangement to pay?
I am on a dmp by the way.
Anyway just wondered why different and should I call the company to ask why?

There are three credit reference agencies. Different companies use different agencies to record things about you, that's why there's a difference.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Hi, sorry I know there is 3 agencies but what I dont understand is that Citifinancial (who I am paying back a loan via the cccs dmp) Report to all agencies, so why would one agency show a default and the other an Arrangement to pay when its Citi that provides the same info to the agencies ??
