Ikea and broken frames

In June this year i bought 4 x RIBBA 50x50 Frames @ £25 each from Ikea for my end of year exhibition at uni. It was a stressful time and just to make it worse the glass in 2 of the frames cracked and then fell apart, bearing in mind i had barely touched it.
So i took the frames back and they gave me store credit and i got two more frames.
A few weeks ago my mum moved them, again barely touching them and broke two again. Great.
Today i carefully moved them, knowing full well they could crack under the weight of a feather, all was well, but one was loose, so i carefully bent the little bits of metal back and gently eased the picture and the glass back into the wooden frame........CRACK!
So at this point ive had at least 6 of these frames and only 1 has survived.
Can i go back 5 months later and get a refund or store credit? To be honest im not even sure i want any more because they're terrible...
