Mobile phone suggestions

Hi all
Sorry if this isn't in the right place
But I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to which mobile phone I should get and where I can find the best deals.
I only really want to spend about £15 a month, and I would like a flip phone that's fairly modern.
I've tried the comparison sites suggested on mse, but I found them a bit confusing
I'm really bothered what network I go onto, I'm currently on T mobile, and my contract has almost run out - the contract isn't in my name, it's my partners but we've decided I'm going to get my own contract this time.
I do like the sound of a lot of the 'free gifts' that are available but I would want to pay more than £15-£20 just to get one.
If anyone knows of a good plan/phone, then please let me know!!
thanks!!
