yes im on off those nr customer on a 2 together mortgage in a way im one off the lucky ones as yet im not in negative equity. i owe bout £136000 when i remortgage next year it be about £135000 at present my property is valued at bout £175000. the thing is i dont think i will beale to remortgage due to think fact i have not got a squeaky clean credit rating at present i am on a debt management plan.so basically i think ive got too options when my deal runs out.
1- to go interest only and try to put money into my mortgage but will i be able to stick to this who knows.
2- go back to 25 years will be at 22 years at end of deal and stay on a repayment.
what do u think would be the best option to do and also can i go back to 25 years
