DMPs and the self employed

Hello, just joined the forum!

I've just tried the Debt Remedy on the cccs site, and couldnt get past the first page
as it said they cant help the self employed. Is it not possible to do a dmp when self-
employed?

Tks

    Hello Chris :hello:

Welcome to the forum,I have no experience with SE, I guess it may well be because of your income, however, click the link within my signature and take advice from the experts ;)
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional
  • Thanks very much, will have a look.

Dont think its about income, because it didnt even let me get that far after asking if
    I was self employed.

    Hi ChrisWP,
I have seen several posts on here from people who are self employed, CCCS can help but you need to phone them because it's a more complicated situation. CCCS are brilliant and totally non judgemental, if you do decide to phone.
