Tesco Muller Problems!

I know this isnt due to me but i am going to pretend it is cos it makes me feel better! Haha!
I shop for my groceries online at Tesco. I have been peed of lately as
1. they havent got the lemon and passionfruit muller light online
2. Asda always have amaing deals on muller like 4 for apound or 5 for a pounds.
So i wrote an email to this effect and they said they would look into in.
That was last week and now they have the lemon one online and the have a deal of 4 for 2pound whih isnt great but better than before!!
So do you reckon the email made a difference??
