Hi all, although I appreciate its not a great time to sell a spanish property. I wondered if anyone has a reliable estate agents contact or any good advise on how to proceed in selling a spanish property?

No, new purchases only. I have contacted a couple of estate agents and am awaiting a response.

Your best bet is to find a good, local reputable agent, so it will depend on where your house is. The slowdown in the market has weeded out some of the cowboys.

Word of mouth is obviously the best endorsement but if you don't know anyone locally who can recommend an agent try some spanish forums such as https://www.spanishpropertyinsight.com or eyeonspain.com - the memebers there are only too keen to voice their criticism or praise!!

I had my property with agents for 4 months and they did not send one person to view. In the end I put up a "se vende" sign and purchased a spanish pay as you go mobile so the locals only paid a local call. I got 6 calls in the first week and sold with 4 weeks.
Agents in Spain will add their percentage to YOUR asking price, which CAN add between 20-30,000 to the price.
