Has anyone else noticed......

how many people seem to be viewing this board at any one time? When I first started reading this board there were usually 200 odd others on here with me (depending on time of day obviously!) but the last couple of weeks this figure has been going up and up! Looked on here earlier and there were 430 odd people viewing!! Its nice to know that more people are taking an interest in saving money 'old style' and I hope that they can find lots of ideas and inspiration on here!! :j

It doesn't really surprise me. Here in Holland I can see the 'trend' going. People are going back to little old style ways. Be it for money saving or just because it's 'back in fashion' I don't know.

But it sure makes me smile when people are starting to ask for my advice! :D

  • Yes I know what you mean about smiling inside when people ask advice! The girls at work who used to go out every lunchtime and come back armed with carrier bags of 'stuff' now seem to be turning to me for advice, which is great as I am able to pass on lots of the great tips and advice I read about on here!!! I have even got them all to sign up to Martins weekly email!! I love spreading the word!!!!!!
