  • My grandma shops in Edinborough Woolen Mill. The sales can be good.....not too modern and lovely quality.

I buy for my very elderly aunt from here:

http://www.luxluxltd.co.uk/womenscatalogue/index.html (pretty, traditional bedjacket at just over £8, for example)

    http://www.sandras-online.co.uk/

Both places have given excellent service and are very good quality.
I've bought from Sandras online for my mum & have been very pleased with them.
  • HAve you tried Adaptawear?
    ww.adaptawear.co.uk
    or
    ww.corebra.co.uk

they do a range of adaptive clothing for men and women. i bought an open backed nightie for my mum from these guys that was great!

they have also brought out a magnetic bra called the Corebra which is so helpful for her!
  • I would be helpful and ask my mum but as she is only in her sixties she`s still fit enough to belt me one!:o
  • Hi,

Check out Classic Clothing Shop, I got my grandmum a range of pinafore dresses and matching cardigans. Great customer service and the items arrived the next day - unlimited items flat delivery price of £4. I'm happy :-)

  • Hello, I recently used careclothing.co.uk and bought a couple of things for my mum - they were lovely, and they have silver interlined in the fabric so protect against MRSA and all the bugs.

They also have bedding which opens like a huge envelope which I have ordered (easy for my grandma to change her bed). Let me know if you want to use them, I have a discount voucher which came through the email.
  • I am looking for warm under pants for elderly aunt.
Any ideas where I can buy.

Hi guys! My grandma used to get stuff from Damart (not very cheap!).She was housebound so she used to have little catalogues delivered and could sit and choose items herself. They sell all sorts-even shoes and pants. Other times we bought clothes from M&S and Bonmarche or sometimes the markets( good one for underwear ). hope this helps... x
