Northern Wreck rate cut?????

Sadly I have a mortgage with Northern Rock. As we know, a few days ago the BOE reduced interest rates by 0.5%. I haven't heard anything from NR so does this mean they are not passing savings on to us?

They will be reducing their SVR by 0.15% from 1st Nov.

Please if anyone knows whats going on with Standard life please tell me; Im frantic worrying its going to go up with the LIBOR rate.
I have looked on their website theres nothing???? Or there is and I cant find it.
