i am asking because i am sure i have seen bad things said about them. they have a very good tv at £200 less than most other shops. i dont want to buy it and find it is a refurbished product or have some other problem with them.
so should i shop with them?

If I buy something I want it now not in a month, why would you/anyone shop at Dixons?
BTW What's the telly they have on offer? If its a lot cheaper than normal chances are is last years model. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
its actually a newish model i believe. its the sony kdl 40w4500. in most places it is around £1100 but on the dixons site it is £906 and that is without useing the discount codes.0

Sorry to hear that, next best I found was Hughes Direct, but it seems to be only available in store.
Note its the 'Which?' site you get a bit more off.

Got my last telly/Meile Cat and Dog from Empire Direct (from the store in Derby), they seem to have the Sony (losing confidence now!) with a free? 5year warranty.

Got ours (Samsung) from Dixons last Xmas. Good service. Speakers on Tv were 'faulty' after 6 months, and they had Samsung Engineers onto it within 2 days. Excellent customer service! No probs for us!makinprogress0
