Bought a house two years ago on a 3 year fixed rate 4.9% (ouch) £175,000 with Natwest. over 35 years
In a years time, it will default to a SVR.
Anyone know the current SVR for Natwest and how much in increase will be in a years time?

6.59 at the moment I think but you would be better off checking with them.
