another £60 question

in Cutting tax
my partner was not paid the £60, on her tax code it is 603L/M1 which i believe is the emergency tax cod, how does she get off this tax code? Also will she be able to claim the £60 back that i got?

If she has not recently started this job, she needs to ask HM Revenue & Customs why she is on a month 1 coding.

Why is she on 603L
has she recently changed jobs
if so did she give her new employer a P45
or did she complete a P46?
Once she's on a normal 603L then tax will correct itself and she will get the full benefit of the reduction0
