  • sorry if this upsets anyone but i feel i have to be honest: i just have to say that i ordered it a few months ago on the same offer. it looks good but i actually think its rubbish. its very very light, and has very little effect (i use soap and water then follow with a moisturizer) and my skin felt very tight after the moisturizer still. i wouldn't recommend at all.

I have had an email from the company who you pay your money through. I was getting rather worried because I didn't actually check the site for the padlock. I am still waiting for my goods. This is a copy of the email with the order ref removed for security reasons of course.

hey dipsy81 i just ordered my free sample and recieved an email saying:
Transaction for the value of: GBP 3.25

So i dont know what happened for you. I assume you checked that you did not accidently add something to your basket. I dont know what to suggest other than contacting the stour valley website and asking for a refund.

    Hi Spora

No i did intentionally buy the additional product. My worry is, i never checked to see if a padlock was on the page before entering my credit card details. I ordered on 5th nov and not received anything yet. But reading some of the threads, they had to wait a long time for their products to arrive. So at the moment, touch wood, i don't feel too bad. Don't know how i will feel tomorrow, or should i say today. :rotfl:

Got to go now as back at work after being on sick 2 wks.

    Up at 6.15 ish

    Good night.

Well, for £3.25 for a moisturiser, I'm happy to give it a go

My usual brand is nearly finished, so it might save me £15 on a new one.

    Yessss ^_^

This is awesome, I havent logged onto this site in a while, and this was the best offer I've ever found on here, can't believe they're doing it again, right as my last one is about to run out!

I absolutely adore this product, possibly the best moisturiser I've ever used. It's so light and refreshing, smells like honeydew melon, doesnt leave that horrible sticky feeling you get with cheap moisturisers. Love it, thanks for posting!
