What sort of rental incomes do 2 bedroom terraced houses in North West belfast usually generate?

have a look on https://www.propertynews.com and enter an area in the search box you are thinking of eg BT11 BT12 etc...and click on to rent and it will give you an idea.............it also depends on the condition of the property..

really depends on what part of NW belfast... some areas are a bit dodgy and therefore rents are extremely low, wheras some areas are quite posh and would command higher rent... you need to be a bit more specific. but belfastgal's propertynews tip's a very good idea

Im talking about the area between the Shankill and the Crumlin road.
