need help on this!!!

Can anybody tell me whether

"a composition or arrangement with creditors"

would include a CCJ? Or does it refer to IVAs etc only?

As I understand it a composition or arrangement is to one or more creditors where less than the full debt is accepted. Is this correct?

Thanks

As I understand it a composition arrangement with regards to an IVA is one where the creditors agree to accept a fixed sum in lieu of the debt(s) owed.
Not too sure a CCJ could be included in this - suggest you call National Debtline or CAB for definitive advice.
