Are the floor tickets for the 02 unreserved? As in you dont get a seat number its just a race to whoever gets to the front first?

Yep, fastest feet first . Also if the ticketmaster techie guys can't fix the booking page soon, people can always try seetickets tomorrow (monday) when their o2 presale goes live (link in post #42) - otherwise, I guess we'll all have to join in the scrum on tuesday.

Eek, I don't fancy that lol. I'm trying to find a seating plan to decide if seating is going to be too far away from the stage, last time I was at the 02 I was in front of the stage and the balconies seemed miles away! :-(

ETA-I notice they are already on ebay, there are obviously people who waited for the 9am presale just to flog them, some for over £100 a ticket :mad:

new to this forum as of 1 hour ago!

Was trying to get pink tickets for the gf and wasn't having any luck with ticketmaster codes..

Just to keep everyone up to date as of 10:25

• o2 presale link on the website still broken

• got through to the o2 phoneline, automated prompts would only let me buy a single seated ticket and no standing

• got through to a real person. Only offered me 3 tickets in the gods.. no thanks!

So in the end I've just ordered 3 standing tickets from ticketline, phoned up just to be sure, got right though and got 3 standing tickets confirmed. Hope i've done the right thing, but couldn't face the scrums on tuesday or risk ticketmaster screwing up again.

O2, what a joke! The whole point of getting in before the masses is to avoid this kind of crap!

Thanks for everyone's help this thread has been of so much use to me!

Thanks for alerting me of this, I dont often go to concerts so didn't realise this was added as normal, so I booked 4 tickets on the ticketline site and it cost £ 162.95 so thats £40.74 each so i saved myself a couple of pence hee hee!! good MSE'ing! :money:

Also I managed to book standing on that site, I know its not guarantee'd to be allocated as standing (from reading someone elses post) but I just wondered if anyone knew how that works as when I phoned ticketmaster I was offered seat numbers?? I'm a bit worried about that as dont want to be left without a ticket, can anyone help??

:mad: I am so jarred off got the pre sale code to book tickets for myself and sister and 9am was ready put in code and nothing 45 mins later still trying hoping possible glitch.... was on phone to ticketmaster could only sell me upper tier in block 421 I believe (didnt want to be that far back), then I got onto 02 and they said they could not do anything and to email blue room. Well in a nut shell tickets all sold out, so fingers crossed for tuesday. Arggghhh!!

421 is actually quite a good block, although its high up it looks directly down on to the stage, I had 402 for Kylie and it was really good view - not for the fainthearted, What time did you get through? I was offered 418 as the best seats available at that time, the trouble is where she is only doing the 1 date it is going to sell out quick, most people know that there was itunes and o2 codes (if they worked) available and now knowing you can just phone up to book early anyway - as they never asked me for my code over the phone today, I dont think there will be much left by 4th!!

I just got through using my O2 code online - only standing left. Got 2 though and will just have to get there flamin' early!!!
