Spreadsheets link?

Hi
A lot of people mention that they use spreadsheets to manage their money/debt throughout the month - does anyone have a link to some good examples or can you suggest what goes on the spreadsheets?

We have a typed out budget plan that we do on every payday but it's quite difficult to update as the month goes on and would like something a bit better.

Thanks
x
