Help cancelling PPI on CC

Evening all or Hello if you're reading this at any other time :rotfl:
I have just entered in to a DMP with Payplan and they have advised that I cancel PPI on my credit cards. Does anyone know if there are any template letters on here I could use?
BTW I was not miss sold the PPI, so am not looking to claim back charges. Took the PPI out as I've been made redundant twice and have suffered periods of sickness where I was signed off for 6 weeks.

To be honest, if your on a DMP, then payment protection should have been automatically cancelled as your account is essentially in default - ie you cant afford the minimum payments and are no longer elligible for the cover.
Would be worth while to phone them and check though. No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
