I called Argos CS about this and the woman stated that as soon as your local store has it in stock all you have to do is take your receipt which obviously shows you bought the item and a print out of the web page showing the special offer and ask them to call Argos CS and they will confirm that you can take the Nintendo essentials pack away for free! :beer:

I have just received 2 deluxe accessory packs from Tesco.com They told me when I ordered that it was unlikely that they would be here for christmas but have just received direct from supplier.
Also, for those of you looking for Nintendogs games, try play.com. They will tell you that they are temporarily unavailable but they must get supplies on an order basis because I have got all 3 games from them. They have taken 4-5 days to come back in stock, but you can see immediately from your account details when they are processing your credit card and when they have posted the items.( post comes from Jersey ) £27.99 free delivery.

There's small amount of the Pink DS available to reserve in the Yorkshire area right now, more will be available [nation-wide] after some of the weekend reservations cancel 'overnight' [between 6.30 and 9pm].

Questions about the availability of the free gift have been asked so I spent some time on the phone for ya'll - we're expecting them to arrive at Distribution centres imminently, some stores may receive them tomorrow while some stores may not get them until next Wednesday. As far as I can tell all stores should receive at least one delivery before Christmas.
