Just worked out in £11k approx of debt and heard a rumour that if i write to ppl to ask for a credit agreenment but they can't provide one debt could be written off - is this true and how do i find out the ins and outs bout it????

Better yet, read this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=107280 post a statement of affairs, and get help to pay off your debts, find out why you ran them up in the first place, and to not do it again.
