help please, i just added this to baket and also the tesco sim for 2.47 but when going to checkout its not saying free delivery??? where am i going wrong?

I actually got free delivery without adding a sim, as the original total would have been over £50 it took the £4.85 off to give me free delivery, plus using £5 off code, result is 2 for £8.50 :j
